As leasing associate for Bluestone Realty Advisors, Randy Maas is responsible for overseeing leasing, sales, and tenant relations for the Oxford Company portfolio of properties. Randy.s focus is ensuring that Oxford properties continue to maintain the highest levels of occupancy, while providing our clients with exceptional support.
Randy brings over eighteen years experience in the Ann Arbor commercial real estate market. During his career Randy has been involved in hundreds of lease transactions and has leased more the 1.2 million square feet of office space in the Ann Arbor area. His clients have included ProQuest Company, the University of Michigan, Mercy Health Services, All Media Guide, and Washtenaw Mortgage.
Applying his experience in commercial real estate, Randy manages all aspects of leasing transactions, including negotiating new leases, lease renewals and property sales. He also supervises client relations, ranging from supporting new tenants with space selection, lease transactions and space planning, to advising existing tenants on space modifications or expansions.
